BOOKINGS
If you would like to book a week or more, please either write, telephone, fax or email Mrs Wass, (contact details are on the 'Prices and Contact Info' page). Please state your preferred dates and choice of cottage.
For 2008 there is a £80 deposit, with the balance payable 4 weeks before the start date of the holiday. Please note that the price does not include Cancellation Insurance and if you wish, you should take out your own.
SHORT BREAKS
Are sometimes able to be arranged in January, February, November and December, but not during half-term holidays. Short breaks at other times cannot span two weeks; the start day is Saturday.
PAYMENT
Cheques should be made payable to Mrs S R Wass, and posted: Sinnington Lodge, Sinnington, York YO62 6RB.
PETS
We welcome pets to Surprise View & Field Barn Cottages, but because this is a working farm with sheep and cattle, we ask that they are kept strictly under control; there is an additional fee if pets are brought, please ask at time of booking.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
For both cottages a laundry service is provided on request, extra charge. Please ask at the time of booking or on arrival.
SMOKING
Both cottages are non-smoking, guests are asked not to smoke inside.
KEYCOLLECTION
To be arranged when balance is paid.
