Field Barn Cottage

Field Barn faces south, a little way up the hill from the farm in a grass field, as its name suggests.  

Its sunken wall (ha-ha) means it has uninterrupted views over the moorland edge.
 
The beamed entrance hall opens onto carpeted lounge which has two rustic stone walls and living flame gas stove; large french windows and arrow windows give panoramic views over valleys and woods.

The hall also opens onto a large, tiled, fitted kitchen with stone-walled dining area, french windows give access to another patio area overlooking the historic farm and mill buildings, woods & open moorland. There are two arrow windows with views up and down the valley.

The carpeted staircase leads up to two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with fitted vanity units, drawers, wardrobes and enclosed shelf space; each has wonderful views over open countryside. The bedlinen is co-ordinated and plentiful with either duvets or blankets.  The bathroom has bath suite, washbasin, toilet and powerful shower over the bath.
